How does this bumper attach
The listing states it a bumper cover. So does it attach over mine. I dont see how it would do that?

It doesn't mount right over the front of your truck. It replaces your existing bumper cover. A bumper is the peice of steel mounted to the front of your truck to absorbe impact during a collision. On top of that you have a bumper cover for looks, areodynamics, and to hold signals, fog lights, etc.

Newbreed, not sure how it mounts over teh factory bumper but i know it does, if you look at saleen pics you can clearly see the ugly black bumpers behind the covers.
I do believe it replaces the entire upper bumper cover, so it probably bolts on there, and then bolts on to the inside edges of the bumper ends as well as where the lower valance bolts on.
I considered getting one a while back but i hate the way you can see the factory bumper back behind the facia.
