Supercrew Rear Passenger Windows

Is there any way to get the 2 rear passenger windows to go completely into the door instead of only 3/4 of the way???

The reason that your windows don't go all the way down is becasue Ford used the Expedtion window regualtors in the Screws. The expy has to make room for the rear wheel well. I know the room is there for the glass, I 'm not sure if the mechanics involved will work out.

The regulators are *expensive* if you were to get new ones. And, I was under the impression that the windows went all the way down in 03s and later. Is yours an early one like, 10-02?

No 2001-2003 Screws rear windows go down all the way. It has been thoroughly investigated and it simply is not worth the custom fabrication time.

And Wheeler, the point is cost. As FX41 said, Ford used the same parts as the same body style Expedition that has a shorter wheelbase and curved doors that could not physically down down all the way. There is always a reason.
