Question Grease Fittings?

Hey guys and girls, I'm new to the forum and have a 01 F150 4x4 Lariat 156K original owner. Anyway when I am driving down the road, and making a turn with the road (not a sharp 90' turn) it has alot of play in it. I looked for fittings to grease could not find any. Any ideas

Any other maintence tips out their for me with this milage.

Really like the forum thanks for any help.

Marc from Dallas

Most of the oem components are "sealed and greased for life". At 156k miles, you probably have a lot of worn out components. High wear on our trucks are the ball joints, tie rod ends and idler arm.

I am 100% sure you have bad ball joints (if they are the factory ones).

Jack up your front end and rock your tire up and down. If it wiggles, they're bad.

Get new ball joints...make sure you ask for the ones with the zirk fittings.
