Driver side rear door leaks BAD!

Last night we had about three inches of rain in a couple of hours. I go out this AM to put something back under the rear seat and the seat, carpeting, door pocket and arm rest had water all over. I dried it up the best I could and sat it in and I could hear the wind coming in around the top of the door frame. This Lariat SC has only 4000 miles on it. I know I am taking it back to the dealer for some warranty work but did any one else have a problem with doors leaking water? Just curious to see if this is a widespread problem.

Did you check to make sure your weatherstriping seals are properly seated?
