What is the differences between the XLT and the FX4? besides stickers on the bedsides and skid plates?

BTW,does anyone know what bar is on the front and what it's worth?(I want to sell it)

As for the bar, it's a brush guard of some sort. Probably a Westin or something along those lines. I'd ask about $200.
