Hello, I have an 04 5.4L SCREW 4x4 and wanted to know what I would need to add to the truck to be able to produce 500+ HP@RW does anyone sell a kit or anything lke that?

New rods, long tube headers, efans, custom tune, and a supercharger will get you in the right direction. Better do alot of homework and use the old SEARCH option here cause there is plenty of info.

Thx for the input, I have been doing alot of reading there is TONS of info on this site enough to make your head spin looks like I can be doing weeks of homework with all the information here.

Keep reading before you spend the money. One thing to look for is the limits of what you can do with what you have. Couple of things to really look at is the hp limits of the Cam Phaser 3V engines. I saw a work around that involved a manual setting degree wheel for the phaser that helped. Here is the other area to look into is can your tranny hold up to the hp you are wanting through at it?

 

a whipple , rods, and a dyno tune and a toque converter or rebuild the trans
