I was replacing rear speakers 04' F-150 super crew. When buttoning up I think I touched ratchet to the exposed door lock conector heard a click like a breaker opened. The radio shut off and the truck wil not crank relay just clicks like the battery is dead? what do I check.

Check all the BIG fuses under the hood. One of the popped.
