Power passenger seat?

Hello all,
I have a 2002 Harley Davison edition and would really like to make the passenger seat power like the driver's seat. Have any of you done this modification? Which vehicles came with the interchangeable tracks and where would you suggest getting one? I do know that this option was not available when I purchased my truck.
Thanks,
Bart

My new F-150 King Ranch has power seats for both the passenger and operator. Maybe a dealership will give you an opportunity to pick up the parts you need to make the power passenger seat work. The dealer most likely will be pricey but sometimes that is the only choice. Mert

Coumer HD F-150,
For your model truck, lots of Expeditions and most if not all Navigators had passenger power seats. As an added bonus, most Navigators also got dual heated seats. They'll bolt right into your truck. Now finding an affordable set.......

Check Ebay

Last week I was on ebay motors searching around. I found a salvage company that just brought in a crashed king ranch supercrew and they were trying to sell off the total seat package. Just an idea if you want that type of leather.

With the HD, the best/cheapest option is to find some Expy/Nav seat with power (and heat!) and swap the leather.

You will have to also switch the foam padding over also. I know Expeditions and Navigators have the same seats, but F150's have a different shape and form to them. But from when I last looked (correct me if I am wrong) the heated seat elements are glued to the bottom of the foam cushion. There is some sort of material between the heat elements and the foam to prevent melting, however, it is hard to remove the elements without damaging them... Please let me know your results, I would like to add heated seats to my 01 Supercrew Lariat.

Back to the subject, the best place to find a power seat track would be a junkyard. There are plenty of Navigators/Expedtions in the Junkyards near me. The Navigator seat track is the same and will bolt in directly...
