Welcome to the site! All you have to do is start looking around all the various forums and you should find plenty of things to spend mucho $$ on Use the search function to look for specific items of interest, such as the Rousch grill, etc. Definitely get a cold air intake and exhaust first. I have the K&N intake kit, and a Magnaflow muffler, but it is up to you as far as what brands you purchase. Get ready for many hours of reading, there is a wealth of information on this site. Enjoy your new Ford!

Try AutoAnything, I've gotton several items from them at good prices and usually they have free shipping over $50 which isn't hard to do when buying truck mods.

the smaller it is, the louder its gonna be. If you want cheap price, get the magnaflow race mufflers, and have a local shop weld them up. Or go even cheaper and just do one. I would recommend duals while you are already spending money on it

Welcome in. I went with 24" Magnaflow myself. Not to loud at hiway speeds but will deffinitly sound off when you hit the WoW pedal. Can't help with the grill, wrong truck. Bot I do like the new ones.
