Water stain on headliner

So I was looking back at my daughter and noticed a water stain above my power slider window. Is there a problem with leaks? It's an 06 with only 10k on it? Is this covered by waranty?

Sounds like the 3rd brake light seal is leaking. Yes, it would be covered under warranty
