2007 SuperCrew Initial Feedback

I've had my 2007 Black SuperCrew for about two weeks now and I love it.
My top three complaints are:

1) The OEM stock rubber floor mats are a waste of time. I paid $60 to get the mats and in the back they hardly cover anything.
2) The lighter and astray in the centre console are so 60's. I'll need to find a mod. to replace these with some storage.
3) After driving the 6-speed transmission in the Expedition, the stock 4-speed in the F150 is clunky. Hopefully they change this in the future.

Overall I look forward to driving the truck everyday.

Is there any reason that I truck can't drive like a car or an Expedition?

I believe you will see 6 speed automatics in F-150 sooner than later. With Toyota putting them in their new truck, the pressure is on Ford to at least match them.

Just my 2 cents.

I'm kind of thinking of tossing my front seats in the garbage amd sitting on a milk crate. It may feel better. That's really my only complaint. I think the 6 speed will make the 5.4 a nicer engine to drive, being able to spread its powere around a little better.
