Lets see you CB antennas

I'm looking at adding a CB to my 06. I have a fold a cover on the back so my mounting locations are somewhat limited.

Whether you have a bed cover or not, lets see your mounting locations. Thanks

I have a Wilson "little wil" mag mount. I can put it pretty much anywhere.

For a CB I have a Uniden

I have mine mounted on a custom bracket on the front edge of the bed. The coax is a Firestik Fire-Ring mount because of the clearence issues with the Truxedo bed cover. I run a 2ft fiberglass whip so it'll fit in the garage. You might also mount the antenna bracket in the stake pockets on the box. I have the UHF and scanner antennas mounted there. A longer antenna works best, but even my short whip has very acceptable SWR readings. I use the UHF business band running through a repeater anyways, so I'm not too concerned about the range of the CB. Pix in my gallery.
