ok, i am new here, and new to the whole forum scene altogether. i just bought a 05 nascar edition supercrew, and the only nascar thing about it is the badging, this thing is slow. im sure all of you know that with the supercrews and the 5.4L. are there any cost effective hop ups for these things that i can do? i know about the cold air intakes and the exhaust, but thats as far as my knowledge takes me. thanks for the help.

Sharp looking truck. As far as mods, you mentioned 2 out of 3 of the most common. Most folks throw a tuner like the Edge EVO or custom tune into the mix. Other than the odd supercharger being added there really aren't a whole lot of other engine mods that improve performance mentioned here or in other forums.

yeah, ill try and get some good pics. im not sure what to do with the hard bed cover yet, i actually use the truck to haul atvs and equiptment, but when i saw the truck as a whole, i had to have it lol. anyway, i might have a tonneau cover for sale shortly.

 

Awesome looking truck...if you got the money, go ahead and get a supercharger...I keep bolting on and always want more power...
