Question for the 04 and up.

I noticed on the 04 and up (i could be off on that) that some have the gear shift on the steering column and some have it on the console. Just wanting to know which models have it on the console?

The flow-through console with floor shifter is standard on the FX2, optional on the FX4 and Lariat, and standard on the King Ranch and Harley. The others all have the column shift.
