Equipment based on VIN

I know with my jeep there was a way to get the equivalent of the window sticker info with the VIN. I wanted to see if anyone knew of a way to get this done with FORD.
Thanks

Certain information is encoded in the VIN (for any manufacturer), but nothing like the window sticker with all the options a vehicle has. Engine code is the only potentially useful one, but open the hood to read what engine most vehicles have.

Axle code on the driver's door sticker is useful. That's about it. You already know what cab/bed you have. Options, almost every truck is unique so only Ford's database could possibly know what options each vehicle has based on a database, not a formula that says the 4th digit is captain's chairs. The last 6 or 7 digits of the VIN are serialized based on the build order for every vehicle.
