Question Pedals, Shifter, and Ignition Switch...

Just a couple of questions to see if anyone has experienced this or knows what's wrong.

The adjustable pedals will not adjust any more. I press the switch to move them forward or backward and I can see them move, perhaps a half-inch, but then they stop. I can still hear/feel the motor trying to work, but they just will not move any further.

Every now and then, I am unable to shift out of park. I know there is a switch in there that will only allow the shift after depressing the brake pedal, but sometimes it just doesn't work. I end up having to release the brake and re-depress it...sometimes a couple of times before I'm able to shift.

Every now and then, I'm unable to remove the key from the ignition switch without trying a few times. I can turn the vehicle off, but it doesn't turn all the way to the "off" position without working at it a time or two.

So far, these are the only problems (nuisances, really) I've experienced with the vehicle.

Any ideas / thoughts / help is greatly appreciated.

Thanx.

I had a Cheverolet Silverado Z-71 before I bought my '06 Screw and I had the same problem with shifter. On way around it is to turn the key on just far enough to move the shifter and shift into Neutral before you crank the truck that way you don't need to use the brake to activate the release switch. The switch in the Chevy was somewhere around $500 to fix so this method proved to be a much better option than dropping that much money.
