It sorta looks like a lay over the stock grill billet grill, judging by how the billet pieces are trimmed off and have the factory emblem. Go search up F150 Billet Grills on ebay and you could find it

you can find that grill on stylin concept,looks like billet......checkout lund djmotorsports,streetscene.just to name a few if you have any?just look me up fx4islander
