quick tire question..

I put 35's on my truck from stock.. i think they are 33's that come on it.. I have 20" wheels also.. anyway, going from 33's to 35's is my speedo going to read faster or slower and am I putting more or less miles on the odometer?

thanks...

Your speedo is going to be reading slower and the odometer is going to read less than the actual amount of distance traveled due to the fact that the larger tire will cover a greater distance in one revolution than the smaller one will.

Speed Adjustment

If you want to invest a little money, most programmers will let you reset the speedo electronically. It's worth looking into, as you may want to change some of the performance settings later anyway.

He has a 2005. The plastic speedo gears have not been used since 1998. Corrections have to be programmed into the computer on 99 and new F-150's.
