My a$$ is cold

Anyone in here ever have problems with their heated seats? I have a 2001 Supercrew and both seats stopped working and so did the electrochromatic rearview mirror as well as the compass in the uppper console. Its driving me crazy becuase its been to the dealer 5 times and they dont know whats causing it.. Come on guys, help me out.. Someone here must have had the same problem at some time.. Its getting cold here in northern Maine and I NEED MY HEAT....
Thanks for the help

I wish I had heated leather in my Gen1 supercrew....

anyways, it sounds like you have a bad fuse, my overhead is f-d up because of a bad sensor, always reads +140 degrees, but yeah I'm thinking its a fuse thats going. Check out your manual and look for 1 of the blown components and see if they are all running the same fuse.

Mine work good, in fact they work too good.

Everytime I turn them on, ...I smell bacon.

For the Upper Console, do all of the Screwed Lariats have the temperature sensor or do some of them have navigation (compass) only? I have checked all the damn fuses in my panel and cannot find the temperature sensor. Not sure if it was even equiped with it. Anyone know anything about it?

I've got a regular 02 SuperCrew XLT and I have the thermometer and a compass. As far as heated seats, I started another thread in the electrical forum because my seats are too hot! Cant say I have a solution to either problem.
