Angry Steering Wheel Nibble

I'm going to re-engage on an old problem. Two years ago I bought my F150 SCREW and immediately had vibration issues. Long story short, they installed the dampening kit, counter-balancing to the drive shaft, new drive shaft, new ring and pinion (twice), changed wheels out multiple times, etc. I've since replaced the stock Conti's in an effort to help things, which it didn't, and now that the weather is starting to get cold again, that slight vibration I experience in the summer has turned into a violent ratcheting in the winter again. Now that Ford has been dealing with this for at least a couple years, is anyone having any luck eliminating the problem or at least minimizing it?

have they checked the wheel hub bore clearance ? I have found alot of those issues come to that. theres a tsb for that nibble/vibration on the new bodied f-150's. Also road force balance and index tires as ness.

I noticed a bad a SOLID vibration in the steering wheel on my truck during the summer.. Started all of a sudden and was always there day to day.

I had to get a tire fixed after running a nail over and the shop said my front left wheel lost the weight off of it. They balanced all 4 tires for me and no more steering wheel vibration.

Hope that helps.

Unfortunately my problem is much deeper than a nail. I've had the tires replaced numerous times...didn't help. Like I said. I've since put new wheels and tires on it, 20" Boss with Goodyear GTs. They didn't even make any difference. Definitely not in the wheels or tires.

My steering wheel has always had a wooble to it, no matter what I've done to it.
