Close to picking up an '02 Screw FX4/Lar
Real close. Just need to agree on a price with seller. Am I asking for trouble with the spark plug issue on a truck like this with 76k miles?
What are some things I should have checked? I'm going to have a Ford dealership do a complete inspection.

I would not be afraid to buy any F-150 becuase of the "spark plug problem." Even those that are worried about it, agree the heads were changed in 2001 or 2002.
No cronic probles with 97-03 F-150 except maybe door cracks.

Buy it man, you will be happy you did, sounds like the type of Supercrew I want to get soon. After I bought my Supercrew & found this site shortly after I was reading about the spark plug issues, I just went out and bought new NGKs and put them in, & seemed to have a bit more energy.
