Front end seems lower

Front end seems lower

After a year seems like the front of my truck is lower? is this common?

hmm, idk, happens to alot of people though, I personally like the look, but if you dont like it drop the back 2"s. Also if your truck is 4x4 could have something to do with it because 4x4s are 1" or so taller, they have big pieces of steel in the u bolts that give the rear a higher height.

I plan to drop my back because my truck has the same stance as you can see

Do you mean as in it dropped over the year from it's original stance or just that it has a stance?

They come from the factory with the rear higher.

It happens because the torsion bars (97-03 4x4) or the coil springs (97-later 4x2 and 2004-later 4x4) will settle. If you have torsion bars, they can be adjusted, which is what I did. If you have coils, a number of companies sell "leveling kits". which are basically just spacers for the springs. Either way, make sure you get it aligned. Since it is a 4x4, don't lower it.

Thanks I thought I may need shocks already is all. Glad its just normal.

Just a FYI, shocks have nothing to do with ride height. Your shocks could be totally blown and it would not affect how it sits.
