Where does this bracket mount for lower billet grill?

Where does this bracket mount for lower billet grill?

hey, guys, i have a 2006 Screw and got a lower billet grill and i cant find for the life of me what these brackets mount to??? there are 2 of them and any help would be appreciated.

I wish mine looked like that. Which ebay seller did you get those from?

To answer your question, in my best guess:

Open your hood and look straight down. In between the radiator and bumper you will see 5 or 6 bolts, on the bumper side. I believe they hold up the lower bumper cover.

That bracket looks to me like it attaches to one of those bolts, hangs down into the lower bumper grille area and gives you something to attach your grille to.

I'd like to know where you got it. The lower bumper grille I purchased was made to bolt directly onto a factory honeycomb lower grille... which doesn't exist on my 2006 F150.

Man, I dont have a clue. Mine were very different. To attach mine they just put a bolt through the stock mesh and each side and a nute behind that. I wasnt very happy about that considering you can basically grab the grill and pull the whole thing off (the stock grill pieces barely snap in).

But sorry man, no idea how that works. Good luck

They don`t look anything like the brackets that came with mine. Mine look like a capital J.

Went to take a pic but camera batt.was dead.
