Hey! I just bought a 2004 F-150 Super Crew yesterday...

This looks like a nice forum...

Glad to find a dedicated place to talk about my new truck, I am sure I will have many questions!!

Well, its a 4x4 XLT with the 5.4L engine and a 3.55LS rear end with 45K miles that I picked up for $18K

Here is a pic:



It has a few dings & scratches but its a truck and will get plenty more before I am done with it!!

Awesome truck! Loving its looks! already have tint sweet that saves some cash So what kind of mods are you looking into?

My planned mods so far...

Edge Evolution
Covercraft Neoprene seat covers
Bed Cover of some kind, probably hard
Aux input adapter
Towing package (hitch, wiring, brake controller, tranny cooler)

Hmmm, I think thats what I will start with...

Probably do exhaust & HD suspension at some point as well??

Sounds good. With a V8, a dual exhaust system is a must, you'll love it!

They are Huskys. They work great. Sometimes I think the rear ones look to big from the back, but I'd put them on again.
