MPH vs RPM

I got a 02 Screw with 5.4, 4r70 trans, 3.55 gearing and stock tires. With overdrive on at 70mph my rpm's are at 2K. Does this sound normal, or are you guys getting something else.

Yes your tach is correct. Mine was like 73 or so mph at 2K

What stock tire size do you have? Engine speed is a function of transmission gear ration, differential gear ratio and tire size. Overdrive is 0.70:1. Google will find you many a gear speed calculator.
