Hey guys I need some help. every know and then my truck has a squeaking sound coming from inside the dash on the drivers side. Does anybody know what this noise might be?

Also on the supercrew's on the doors the molding that is there is that held on by 2 way tape? I want to take them off because one is missing paint on it and looks like hell, but I don't want to fill holes. Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Ya the molding on the doors are held on with 2 way tape. They look 100x better without them on there. I have had mine off for about 3 months now and like it alot. It looks cleaner. The only problem is there might be a difference in color because the main body of the truck might be a bit faded.

 

so there arent any pins or alignment holes? just tape? I might do that one of these days, but id have to have time to get a good claybar/wax afterwards tho.

How did you get the tape off of the door's? I was thinking about doing this on my truck this weekend but I don't want to leave any tape on there. Thank's for the help.
