I have an 04 SuperCrew still under warranty. I've had numerous problems with it. One of the two remaining ones is that going over bumpy roads there is alot of noise/rattle and movement coming from the bed. Sounds like it wants to jump off. I've had it to the dealer and they said that the movement is because the bed is mounted on rubber bushings and that they checked the mounting bolts and they were all tight. Last night I finaly crawled around underneath it myself and could find nothing unordinary that I could see. Although I did find I could lift the tail gate upwards about 1/2 an inch when it's closed, which may be some of the problem but I dont think it's all of it. Anyone else have or have had this problem? Any suggestions?
