Ignition question/issue
Thought this was better suited in the screw forum, but here goes. I have only 87,000 miles on my 01 screw and the ignition doesn't turn back to accessory only anymore. With either key... so if I want to listen to the radio I have to turn on everything by going forward on the ignition.
Anyone else had this problem and if so how do you fix it? I took the ignition out (which is very easy to do) and all looks well. It didn't even turn backwards in my hands.
The spare key I never have used in the life of the truck so it should be working...but to no avail.

MUST BE A FORD THINGY-HAD ONE ON A 1992 SUPERCREW TURN AND START THE VEHICLE WITH NO KEY IN IGNITION. ALSO HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CURRENT 2004. IT WOULD TURN ON BUT EVERTHING ELSE-WINDOWS-A/C-RADIO- SPEEDOMETER-GAUGES- NOT WORK. FORD FIXED FOR FREE BUT REPLACED THE WHOLE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER DASHBOARD.
