Sorry wrong MY button. Page 26 in your owners manual should have this picture :
The RDS button should be right next to the Tune button. You need to press this and turn the RDS on after every time the battery is disco'd or when new from the factory. This will setup what you want to get for RDS.
Next item is how many stations in your area are using RDS. I have not seen an area yet that does not have RDS, but some stations might not have upgraded yet.
