The tire says what it should be inflated to to be able to handle the max load the 'tire' is rated for, which is usually a lot more than the truck could handle. The door sticker is for the load of the truck but that's what the air pressure should be for a fully loaded truck. 35 is a good place to be though, even though you're most likely not driving around with a fully loaded truck all the time. I run 35 f/r all the time and tires wear and handle great. Empty truck you could get buy with a little lower but then you get into the gas mileage debate, tire wear, and all that. Stick with 35.
If you want the best fuel mileage, go with the 45 psi as on the sidewall. Just keep a close eye on the tread wear, and make sure it's not wearing in the middle. If it does, lower it a bit at a time.
In my work truck, which is run empty, I had to drop the recommended air pressure of 35 down to 30 in the rear because I was getting wear in the middle. I have even lowered it to 20-25 in the rear for around town, and some off roading and it works great.
My supercrew with a set of Mich's, seems to be wearing pretty even with the air pressure at the recommended 35 all around. Plus the ride is not so rough.
If you are going to be out west where the roads are pretty hot this time of year, and on the Interstate, go with the max air pressure to help the tire run cooler. Again adjusting for wear.
I would think that those 20" P's while looking and handling great would probably ride pretty rough with the air pressure at 45.
Good luck.

Keep in mind that the door sticker is for the STOCK tires. Tires of different size and load ratings will require different pressures. Expy03 has had the best advice for you so far - basically set them at a pressure and watch the wear. If you are wearing in the middle, then you have too much air. Wearing on the shoulders is not enough air. As a rule of thumb to get you started...set the pressure based on the % of max load rating of the tire. For example, say your tires are rated at 2000lbs at 45psi, and say your truck weighs 4000lbs (just an example here guys). Max load total on the tires is 8000lbs (2000 x 4). You are putting a 50% load on the tires, so you can use 50% of the pressure as a starting point. Of course in real life, you will want to use the front and rear weights of the vehicle and adjust accordingly.
As for the stock sticker - mine says 30 for the front and 35 for the back. I'm getting the best handling and wear at 37 in the front and 33 in the back.
