i am looking at getting some headers for my 2001 ford supercrew 5.4. i am looking at jba hedman and hooker. which ones do yal reccomend? thanks for the help.

02 suprcrue did you get a noticable power increase? thanks for help.

It's hard to tell how much of a power increase came from the headers since I did the header and the tuner at the same time. JBA claims 15-20 hp if I remember correctly. They are a really nice header. I had a Ford mechanic help do the install and most of the guys in the shop were impressed with the quality of the headers. Hope this helps.
