I just wanted to thank F150online and the member(s) who posted information regarding lower ball joints on Screws. I just replaced the tires on my '03 Screw with less than 24k miles. After replacing the tires, I still felt the RF bouncing. Checked F150online, and saw where someone else had problems with the lower ball joints. Ford garage just called and advised the RF lower was bad and will be replaced under warrenty. Thank you.
