I posted a thread a while back concerning my truck's sudden gas mileage drop this Winter. To make a long story short, I mistakenly changed my oil with dino Castrol instead of my usual Synthetic Castrol and thought I had done some damage to the engine... not true according to most of you, and I proved it recently!

Last week I took a freeway drive to L.A. (first one in about a year). With a full tank, I drove 118 miles round trip on less than a 1/4 tank. Most of the driving was stop & go on the way back. That's about 18 MPG! Pretty good considering my mileage has dropped to about 11 in town. So, the truck has no problems, my right foot unfortunately does
