open the tailgate and on the sides of the bed where the gate covers when closed there will be two screws on each side. then pull out the taillights

Drop the tail down and look on the sides were the tail gate fits when closed, there 2=1/2 inch holes on each side you will see some nut screws that hold the taillight housing. The taillight housing will swing out and then you can unhook the other side and take it off.Now when you drop the screws down the inside when trying to get them out,you can get too them from the bottom from under the truck,it's open in places under there too reach them.

gotta be careful though, dropping the black bolt is a tricky thing to get, you will need a magnet, happpened to me when I test fitted my altezzas didn't expect it but its a real easy thing to do
