2006 SCrew on it's way, now what?

I am back in the forums after having of disposed of my original 2000 F150 XLT Supercab two years ago with 138,000 miles. I have spent the last few years being cramped up and banging my head in a Nissan Maxima. While the Nissan's giddy-up was nice, I missed the room.

My 2006 4.6L Captains 5.5 2WD XLT SCrew is being built on 3/13. I am now wanting some ideas on some personalization. It's a company lease vehicle so the personalization needs to be low impact and reversible. It will be a highway vehicle with 8-10 hours a day in the vehicle commonly spent. Gas is paid for, so power over ecomony is a preference.

I need recommendations for the following:

Truck bed storage box, no crossover, preferably between the wheel wells and under the side rails. Weather proof is important.

Rubber mats for front and back, I work in some nasty places so heavy duty required.

Laptop mount in front passenger seat area.

XM antenna location ideas

Delphi MyFi mounting method and location ideas.

What soft (read low cost) tonneau covers do you like?

Which "leveling" lifts are good. I am looking at the Daystar.

Any other ideas would be welcome. Any easy hacks out there? If I am missing something or there is something I need to pay attention to, let me know that as well.

Also how long after the build date can I expect delivery? I am within 400 miles of the mfg location.

I have the Xtang Full Tilt cover and love it. It cost me ~$500.

With it being a company lease, I didn't want to spend cash where I might not be able to get it back out. A tilt bed cover may not work for me.
