Hi, I am looking to buy some 20s or 22s for my black 01 supercrew. If anyone has 20s or 22s on their S-crew please post pics. I have stock suspension so pics of rims on a stock truck would be great. I'm looking at some 22" KMC Consteau rims on ebay with 305-40-22. If someone has a pic of these on a truck please post it. Thanks.

 

I have 305/20s on my 2005. I believe you might need a leveling kit.

Your truck is not stock height right? How does a leveling kit lower the truck? Is it just the back thats lowered 1"? What does the leveling kit replace in the suspension? Thanks.

 

I have only lowered the back 1" with some belltech shackles my brother had lying around. The addition of the tonneau cover probably leveled it out a little more. The shackles replace you factory shackles and lowers the rear end to be more level with the front. Typically, trucks are 2" higher in the rear (newer models seem even more). You can buy different heights of leveling kits. The installation is simple and only takes about 30 minutes - 1 hour.

 

That dosen't seem to bad, I might go ahead and do that, as it helps the look of the truck a lot, especially when you have rims. Thanks for the info.

Thanks, yea it has turned out pretty well. Got a tonneau cover on it now, and redoing the stereo as we speak. Should be CRAZY when its done. I'll keep you updated.
