Will a bed extender from a 2003 Screw fit on a 2006 Screw?

No. The new bed is much wider than the older bed.

I don't know about that, I just finished installing the extender I had in my '00 supercab into my '05 S'crew. it fit fine, no big deal. had to mount the brackets a little different but otherwise it popped right in. maybe it matters what brand it is, mine's 1 of the old original Amp Research 1s.

It depends

The non-factory Westin or Amp Research ones were not designed for specific trucks. There was one for compacts, one for mid-sized/wide bed, and one for full-sized, or something along those lines. Each size had a whole list of trucks it could fit. If I remember how I installed mine correctly, there was actually some limited adjustment in the width to fit a variety of trucks within the size range for which it was designed. Don't know though if it's a Ford factory unit.
