Lightbulb Fold-A-Cover and bedliner

I recently purchased a 2003 F150 Crew Cab and a Fold-A-Cover. Has anyone installed one of these over the factory "over the rails" bedliner?

The factory bedliners aren't over the rails for the 01-03 Supercrews. They go underneath the rails. The bed rail caps are separate pieces.

Fold-A-Cover over Bedrail Cap

My mistake, has anyone installed this over the bedrail cap? If this is not advised, then I assume the option is to remove the cap (clips on) and the hardware that is attached to the cap. This though leaves the bedline sides "exposed".

I put a K-Cover (2-fold) on my 2001 SCREW. While I do not have pictures of it. Here is a link to thier site showing installation pictures.

Personally I love this cover. Put it on and took the truck on a trip up the East coast there was alot of rain and no leakage what so ever. It bolts to the sides and goes right on top of the rail cover
