Jet performance chips

Has anyone put a jet perormance chip in a 2001-2003 supercrew with a 5.4L motor. Just wondering about the performance and fule mileage. Thanks

There’s been some discussion about Jet chips in the “Chips & Programming” forum.

IMO, the XCal2 is the programming devise of choice simply because you can use it for all OBD-II & CAN Fords 1996 & up. It’s custom tuned specifically for your vehicle and if you buy a different Ford car or truck, you can have it reprogrammed to work; you won’t have to buy another tuning devise. The XCal2 is also a code reader and dataloger

I got one and it’s given my truck a huge performance boost and better fuel economy. I get a solid 16mpg all local driving and IMO that’s not bad for a big heavy Screw. I can light up the tires at will too
