Finally more power

When I first got my Screw I could not even chirp the tires taking off but now with 1500 miles on the odm they spin if I stay on it too long. I guess the computer finally adjusted and gave a bit more power.

Not that you should spin your tires and such but its nice to know I can if i wanted to.

You bring a good example of how much short and long term learning the PCM can do.
Running around in the dealer's lot and short drives does not allow full learning right off the dealer lot. To boot they often remove the battery lead at some locations as a matter of insurence regulations while cleaning up the truck.
This reboots the PCM and starts learning from scratch.
This is why I never reccomend powering down the PCM to just clear codes or this starts all over again. Could take quite some time each time it's done to relearn.

This shows how much variation there is to overall quality contol in some instances. Some are dogs some are star performers, most are average.
Great to hear your 's is a star.
