2001 or 2003 screw

As some of you may have read i was looking at a 01 screw with 8k miles, well i found a 03 identical truck with 38k on it. My question is which is a better deal the 01 for 20k or the 03 for 21k. both are lariats only slight diff. in options.
2003 SuperCrew Lariat 4X4 38000 miles NADA 25.050
I realize there is adifference in the condition of the two trucks but personally I would think the 2003 would be a better value and will be worth more in the future if you decide to sell or trade.

I would go with the 2003 just because of the engine updates (heads are one of them).
BUT, if you really want a 2001 I have a FULLY loaded Lariat Screw 4x4 with 100K miles that I will sell you for $8K... the engine is a "Little" noisy from broken piston/rod.
However, if you want the 50K used motor for it I just bought to replace the blown 2001 motor you can have it all for $10k :-)
