will exhaust/intake void my warranty?
Put it this way...
If your drivers window stops working... they will not void your warrenty on it because of the AF1.
Now if you burn a whole in your piston because you were running lean and you had an AF1 on the intake, you bet they will void your warrenty.

The answer is NO. None, and I repeat NONE of the CEL lights on the 2004 models that experienced this issue( including mine while I was participating in the R&D'ing of this unit) was ever a direct result of the vehicle actually running lean.
There is a safety factor programmed into the ECU's that causes the CEL light to illuminate without the vehicle doing so. You should do a search for this information that was posted in the Chips section by Mike Troyer that will explain this issue to you in detail....
