Test drive them, then you will know, but thats a given. I am sure you will be more impressed with the newer truck than the older style, they are totally different trucks. And you could always check out thetruthabouttrucks.com. Good luck.

I'm a former Trailblazer owner, (or at least my wife was). It was an '02 EXT 7 passenger version, and we got rid of it this past May with about 30,000 miles on it due to issues that are just too much to list here. We traded it in on an '05 Ford Freestyle AWD 7 passenger crossover that has been great so far compared to the Trailblazer.

How about one of the new explorers?

I had a trailblazer service loaner once when I had a Junk grandcherokee and that trailblazer was a joke. It bottomed the frame on a curb at a fast food place, a freakin mini van sits higher than a trailblazer.

I would go with the tahoe or expedition. Both classy vehicles. Or if those are not in price reach check into the new explorer. The eddie bauer with the black and tan suade seats is pretty nice

As you'll note, I almost didn't 'care to explain' why I edited your post however; I'm feeling spunky and catching up on such questions so... here ya go...

You'll note that Suncoast's post was deleted in totality... your edited response made direct mention to Suncoast's proposition and thus, was snubbed as well... you may also care to note that I didn't snub everything you had responded with but only a smaller portion which aided in correlation between the DIRECT VIOLATION OF F150ONLINE.COM RULES that Suncoast violated (again might I add) and your post.

Thanks for your participation, patronage, and peanut butter.

the Tahoe is the nicest? More comfortable? What are you guys ?

My mom has a Yukon and it is CRAP. the back seats are freaking INVERTED. It is HELL on your back..you sit too high and only see the ceiling, and you rock side to side all day long. I used to think Yukon/Tahoes were nice...until I wasn't the driver.

Screw them.

Trailblazer? C'mon man...I would rather buy a turd and put 4 wheeels on it- oh wait, isn't that what they did? Those things are FUGLY.

The Expedition probably has the most comfortable rear seating of all, but the 04+ F150 is a very close second. I honestly find those seats very comfortable. Way better than a stinking Tahoe...

Go For the F-150 SC

I just spent the last 7 years driving chevy subarbans. 90 days ago I had to put a new tranny in my 01 subarban and I rented a 2005 chevy c1500 supercrew for four days wihile the burb was in the shop. At the time I was considering a new truck, and was actually leanin toward a new chevey C-1500 s-crew. Until..........I drove one for four days. First off the interior and dashboard controls looked like they were designed by third graders. The fit and finish looked like it was installed by said third graders. Secondly the ride was extremely bumpy and noisy. Although the burbs had a superior ride to it, it rattled and squeeked something awful.

I test drove an F-150 Super Crew and was impressed immdiatley. So much so I returned the next weekend and got myself an F-150 King Ranch Supercrew. I LOOOOOOOOOVE this truck!
Best truck Ive ever owned. I have had one each, Chevy, Dodge, Mazda and now the King...King Ranch....Your best bet is any F-150 you can afford. I also have a 2005 Lincoln Aviator that my wife drives and I cant sat enough good things bout it either. My pinion is that Ford is currently outclassing everyone else, even the imports when it comes to trucks...

My .02 worth.....
