The Northwest package contains - under coating, paint sealer, and scotch guard (on cloth interior) and at some dealers - truck bed liner.

Exclamation Not true ~ push button

On the older fords you could just push the red button in. I have heard that from someone who had an older screw. But sometime in 02 or 03 they fixed that, because ive tried it when i first heard it and it still doesnt work. Id be really suprized if they allowed the push button deactivation on the newer body style.

I wear my seat belt all the time with the exception of driving off road in the fields etc...

I didn't disable mine but I picked up a seat belt extender from the dealer for FREE, mention you have a buddy that rides with you and the seat belt doesn't exactly fit very good due to size.

I keep this extender in the pocket on the door and when I need it I just plug it up and forget about it till I get back on the pavement, no buzzers, bells or anything to remember or complicated off on push this squeeze that and hold your mouth like this routine either.

The one I have is aout 6" long with with both the male and female ends on it.

You could also just go to a salvage yard and cut the male end off a seatbelt there and use that.

push button method didn't work and neither did the buckel and unbuckel on my truck?? I found the way to turn off the dinger in the manual finally.. thanks for all replies though..

new develpment with my truck though, taking it back to the dealer again for water spot removal.. the truck was sitting under the sprinkler on the lot and in the sun.. i also paid for the sealant to go over the paint, I know I know, I never pay for anyof these things but do to the water spots i wanted them removed, my previous truck had damage due to the sprinklers at an apartment i had..

Anyway, this is the second time I am taking it in for the spot removal and the first time they were supposed to remove the spots and add the sealant?? well my Question is if there is still spots how in the hell did the sealant get put on??? I am a little pissed off right now..

thanks,
Josh
