Get about 10 foot of log chain and find a good sturdy tree. Spin em all day if you would like.

Makes a good point there, my last vehicle was a Mustang and it took me a while to change my driving habits. Although if I stomp on the loud pedal off the line, my SCrew will fire 'em up rather nicely. Actually had to watch that since it'd burn 'em a lot eaiser than my 'stang with the control arms and suspension I had on her.
Not sure what, if any, major differences the '01 and '03 have but maybe a traction control device/switch to turn off, take it out of 4H/L, shouldnt need a tune being an '03.....hmmmm.
Got me.

Limited Slip

The limited slip differential has something to do with the tires not spinning. I could only spin the cheap General tires on my truck which is an 03. I upgraded to a larger size 265/76/16 and better tire so spinning is out of the question in most cases. Something you gotta get used to.

hold the brake, mash the gas and let off barely on the brake, just so you stay still, but let the tires spin, it helps to have a little dirt or dust on them

once it starts spinning, keep mashing on it, if it spins real slow at first, squealing real loud like a pig getting banged by an elephant, keep mashing

it will start spinning faster and faster...voilia lots of smoke and rubber and shredded tires...

p.s. you can stop mashing gas when you hear the tire blow
:beers: :rocker: :bows:

hmm. my 04 screw fx4 will spin the rear tires. now it isnt going to tear them up or roast them down in a blze of glory but it will spin them. heck man. when i was younger that is how we figured a car was fast. now when i got older and was racing a truck and some cars spinning the tires actually pissed me off. you will save drivetrain and money by not spinning them.
