04 F150 Shimmy

Every morning when my dad backs out of the drivway and and turns the wheel and takes off the rear end will like shimmy or something....What is goin on?

Sounds like the clutches in the Trac-Loc chattering to me, there is a TSB thru Ford to fix the concern, they will replace the clutch-pack's to correct the concern..
