I have a 04 f150 s crew .truck has 9500 miles on it. no rattles till now. truck has pwr rear window. I have a rattle in the rear window area. not all the time but on bumps/ rough roads. have removed everything in the back seat that is loose even the jack under the seat. noise seems to be behind drivers seat area. any ideas what this might be. thanks

This has been covered extensively in the 2004/2005 forum. There is a TSB out for this. I had mine fixed a couple months ago, no noise ever since. Go to the dealer and have them fix this problem under warranty. The TSB number is 04-20-3. They'll end up replacing the upper rear window run.
