Lights in Grill !!!

I came up with a cool MOD ...

check it out !

Grill Back in Truck

All the Lights Turned on




What's everyone think?

I'm thinking of building these and selling them on eBay !

Yep .. I pulled the Grill insert out .. cut holes - installed the lights in the holes and then reinserted the grill with the lights !

coool~!

Heh heheh ! I like to see what's in front of me !!!

I'm thinking of building one more grill with the lights mounted in it and throwing it on ebay with a starting bid of $110 - detailed mounting instructions and a rocker switch included....


whatcha think?

would it be worth it?

That's pretty sweet! I'd do something like that too but I already have KC's mounted in my bumper, and if I pulled them out I'd have two holes...

Any advice/tips/instructions on removing the grill insert? I'm looking to put a chrome Lariat surround on my XLT grill but am hesitant to pry too much on the clips. Wondering if you could explain how you went about removing the insert? thanks

I don't know that the lights have any 'brand' name .. I found them on ebay .. under 100w Off Road Lights

I liked the oval look with the black urethane rock guards already on them.. I figured it would fit in nicely with the honeycomb!
