Angry !&@#% Fuel Filter!

Can ANYONE tell me how to get the $@#! fuel filter off of an 02 Screw?

HELP.

In other words...

...no tool; no fuel.

Unless you have the special tool (and know the secret handshake and have the secret decoder ring turned to the corrrect phase of the moon), you can't change the filter.

Tool is available at any auto parts store.
