no brake/turn signal lights

My turn signals started flashing faster, I checked the rear and both the turn signals and the brake lights did not work. However the reverse and driving lights did work. I checked both lights and they were ok. The fuse was also ok. The strange thing though, when I had the rear light housing off, I decided to switch the bulbs, the back up/running lights with the brake/turning lights, and the opposite happened. Now the brakes and turnsignals worked, but now the reverse and driving lights did not. Any help?

2003 F150 supercrew, lariat 4x4

Thanks,

Greg

probably the multi-fucntion switch.

it's a common thing with the 97-03 F150's.
